Abingdon Museum
Abingdon is one of Britain's oldest market towns situated on the heart of the river Thames. Although Abingdon is small with limited facilities, it is central to many other larger towns which offer a fantastic range of shopping and entertainment facilities. There are 5 SFA areas for Abingdon with 75% of these being in the village of Shippon where Dalton Barracks is based; just a short walking distance away from Station and a mile outside Abingdon town centre.
